In the metal department, the metal parts such as housings of the Nedap products are developed in co-operation with the various Nedap market groups. The metal department has an extensive machinery which is operated by qualified personnel.

The modern plastic injection molding department supplies the plastic products for all Nedap business units. Plain materials are used for the seven injection molding machines, by the addition of adjuvants such as laser additives, UV blockers and anti-bacterial substances the stringent quality requirements are met.

The tooling & automation department develops and constructs moldings, production lines and tools. By using 3D FDM technology this department is able to make proto-types.

Having these production facilities in-house enables Nedap to save costs, guarantee quality and also shorten the length of the production process.
