PEP

Because you don’t need time sheets any more

In the temporary agency sector, the use of time sheets causes a lot of problems. They are often filled in inaccurately and carelessly. When they are being processed, 1s are often mistaken for 7s, or 6s for 8s. As a result, the administration is incorrect, and the wrong salaries are paid out. This makes the traditional time administration of flexworkers a time-consuming chore.

Everyone understands immediately how it works

If a company works with multiple temporary agencies, it gets even more complicated, because each agency has its own registration system, with different time sheets, entry methods and digital systems. Nedap Pep reduces the entire administration to one hour of work per week.

PEP makes it simple and accurate

The hours are registered using simple hardware, making time sheets a thing of the past. When you start, you hold your Pep card briefly against IN, when you leave you hold it against OUT. As a flexworker, that’s all you need to do. The data are sent directly to Pepweb, so they are always correct. (And if you forget, you are sent a reminder by the head of personnel or the agency).

A Peppoint can be hung up anywhere, in principle. No work groups, protocols or courses are needed, everyone understands immediately how it works. Flexworkers at the office can check in and out easily on the computer, via Pepweb. This site can be accessed by all the parties involved. It is easy to use, clear, accurate and orderly, thereby making it an important source of information for the management.

Pep started in the temporary agency sector in 2007. In the Netherlands, Pep’s customers include branches of Manpower and Startpeople. Pep started in Germany in 2010 with 5 temporary agencies, and a pilot scheme is currently running in France. The company is currently working on the development of a registration system for permanent staff (attendance, illness, holidays).
