

Channel Partner Manager Nordics

As Channel Partner Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and growing new and existing partners. With your network, entrepreneurial drive, and collaborative mindset, you will build a solid foundation for sustainable growth in the region.
Jouw team
You will be part of an international channel team of colleagues with complementary roles, such as channel partner managers, partner success managers, inside partner account managers, integrations team. Together we recruit, enable, and grow our partner ecosystem. Collaboration is key: while you focus on the Nordics, you will work closely with colleagues in enablement, operations, and technical consultancy to ensure partners are successful.
You will report to the Channel director.

Benodigde vaardigheden
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management in IT, software, or security;
• Strong existing network in the Nordic physical security market;
• Proven track record in recruiting and growing new partners;
• Business development skills with a true hunter mindset;
• Strong communication and relationship management skills;
• Self-starter, eager to build the region from a small base;
• Fluent in English; a Nordic language is a strong plus;
• Ideally based in Stockholm or Copenhagen – at the heart of the Nordic market.
