Customer Autonomy Specialist
What are you going to do?
At Nedap, we believe in Technology for Life: technology that supports people, not the other way around. Within Nedap in Healthcare, we develop solutions that make the work of healthcare professionals lighter, more meaningful and more efficient. MediKIT is part of our Healthcare business unit.
MediKIT is a web-based SaaS general practitioner information system that helps GPs and assistants focus on what truly matters: delivering care. Originally developed independently and now part of Nedap, we combine the speed and flexibility of a small team with the stability and scale of a larger organization.
As a Customer Autonomy Specialist, you help MediKIT users become self-reliant. You ensure they are aware of what’s new, understand how everything works, and know exactly what to do when something goes wrong—without having to depend on direct support from us. You design processes, tools and information in such a way that users become increasingly independent. In doing so, you contribute directly to better primary care, working within an agile team backed by the stability and strength of Nedap.
