

Head of Marketing
What are you going to do?
As Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in positioning and strengthening the brand of Nedap in Security as we evolve from a traditional access control provider to a software-driven security solutions company. Together with your team, you’ll translate our strategic ambitions into clear positioning, creative campaigns and effective demand generation programs that strengthen our reputation and drive growth.
You’ll act as both strategist and team leader, inspiring and supporting a skilled group of marketers to explore new ways of connecting with our audiences. Collaboration will be central to your success: you’ll work closely with colleagues from Product, Sales and Customer Success to build a shared, story-driven approach to marketing.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing function during a pivotal growth phase, building the playbook for how a European tech company scales a SaaS business in a traditional industry.
You will report to the Head of Commerce for the Business Unit Security.

Required skills
Your profile includes:
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in SaaS or subscription-based business models and 3+ years leading teams;
- Ability to bring people together and guide marketing teams with energy and clarity, encouraging creativity, responsibility and teamwork;
- Experience developing and running go-to-market strategies for SaaS offerings, ideally across international markets and multiple channels;
- Skilled in leveraging data, insights and marketing technology to guide decisions, measure impact and identify new growth opportunities;
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology; experience or interest in physical security, identity or access control markets is a plus;
- Comfortable operating in international, cross-cultural environments, with the ability to tailor messaging and strategy across regions;
- Experience with or understanding of the Winning by Design methodology and its application within commercial and marketing teams;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
