HubSpot Developer
What are you going to do?
As a HubSpot Developer, you will be part of the Growth & Automation Team. This team falls under Business Automation & Tooling (BAT) and is responsible for all HubSpot projects and their further development within Nedap. We support various Business Units with their implementations and ensure stable, smart connections with applications such as Zuora, Oneflow, Freshdesk and other tools that are widely used at Nedap.
In your role as HubSpot Developer, you will focus on technical development within this team. You will build HubSpot integrations with, for example, Crowdtech and Oneflow, develop landing pages, websites and email templates, and work on new functionalities such as a Chamber of Commerce integration for our data. You will also set up complex marketing and sales flows and be involved in setting up the technical side of Arrows.
The role of HubSpot Developer within this team is very diverse. One moment you will be working with a UX designer on a new landing page, and the next you will be automating a process for colleagues from one of our Business Units. In addition to HubSpot-related work, you may also be assigned to broader Business Automation & Tooling projects. BAT consists of three teams, and we regularly collaborate on multidisciplinary projects or take on projects that are supported by multiple teams.
Your responsibilities
Your team
As a HubSpot Developer, you will work closely with the HubSpot specialists and Product Owner within your team, as well as with other teams within Business Automation & Tooling (BAT). The BAT team focuses on supporting colleagues with the right tools and automations, so they have more time to do what they do best. We automate business processes to increase scalability and reduce manual, repetitive work.
Within our team, we value a critical, constructive mindset. We expect you to contribute ideas about the best solutions for what is needed now, but also to look ahead to future situations. We believe it is important to be a good fit with the team and the rest of the organisation. You are able to understand colleagues, users and other stakeholders well and translate their needs into smart solutions.
We are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute ideas to achieve our goals, who is not afraid to experiment and who is willing to work together to find the best solution, step by step. You are willing to take responsibility for your choices and are open to learning and applying new technologies.
