HubSpot Specialist
What are you going to do?
As a HubSpot Specialist, you will help other teams make the most of HubSpot. Your tasks will include setting up workflows and journeys, automating processes, building dashboards, further configuring the teams and utilising the many other possibilities HubSpot has to offer. One of the first projects you will work on is the further roll-out of HubSpot within the Business Units. In addition, you will contribute to the implementation of Oneflow, support colleagues in Healthcare in setting up workflows, and help set up HubSpot for the Customer Success Teams.
Winning by Design:At Nedap, we are transitioning to Recurring Impact Business models. This change requires an evolution in our commercial approach: from managing leads and deals to managing the entire recurring impact lifecycles. It also requires us to build a supporting structure that allows this model to function optimally. To achieve this, we have chosen the Winning by Design (WbD) Bowtie methodology as our shared commercial framework and HubSpot as the technological platform that makes this possible.
Your responsibilities
Your team
The Growth & Automation Team is a new team of experts within Nedap. This team is responsible for HubSpot and the associated tooling, such as Oneflow, Crowdtech and Arrows. From this team, we support all Business Units, develop generic solutions and build HubSpot apps that can be used organisation-wide.
Together with your team, which consists of a Product Owner, HubSpot specialists and a developer, you will work with stakeholders to review existing processes, propose improvements and translate these into tickets and/or projects within the team.
