Set up, replace, and migrate laptops (for example Windows 10 → 11), configure MacBooks, and perform firmware updates.

Manage and register hardware, order and distribute devices, and support the replacement of equipment.

Maintain and clean up asset records in systems such as Insight or Jira, and create visibility into device usage.

Assist with basic license management, for example related to Microsoft 365.

Provide practical support to colleagues with tools such as OneDrive and 1Password, and deliver short explanations or mini-trainings when needed.

Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas for improving processes and tooling.

Your team

You will work together with the IT Servicedesk team and other colleagues within IT. Together, you ensure that the digital workplace across the organization remains reliable and user-friendly.
