What are you going to do?

At Nedap Retail, we empower retailers around the world with our iD Cloud platform. We work closely with leading brands like Hugo Boss and lululemon to help them achieve accurate inventory visibility and create better shopping experiences. As our customer base continues to expand, we’re looking for an International Account Executive to guide European fashion retailers in adopting RFID technology and unlocking long-term value. 

As an International Account Executive, you are responsible for building and growing relationships with international retail clients across the European fashion industry. You take a consultative, value-driven approach, guiding retailers and brands as they begin their RFID journey as part of a broader digital transformation strategy. 

Working closely with specialists across Nedap, you translate customer needs into solutions that create tangible value for people working in stores, distribution centers, and throughout the retail value chain. You are skilled at navigating complex decision-making processes and building trust with stakeholders at all levels of international organizations. Through this approach, you directly contribute to the growth of the iD Cloud platform and to the long-term success of our customers. 

Your responsibilities

Engage with European fashion retailers to understand their challenges and growth opportunities. Through networking, outreach and partner collaboration, you build a strong pipeline of new prospects.

Your team

You’ll join our international new business  team focused on iD Cloud. From day one, a buddy and onboarding program help you feel at home. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues who partner with some of the world’s most iconic retailers. Our quarterly international sales meetings offer a space to share insights, learn from each other and develop professionally.

Our offer

As an International Account Executive at Nedap, you make a meaningful contribution to our purpose: to make people happier and more successful in their professional lives. The salary range for this role is between €5,000 and €6,800 gross per month, based on a full-time position (38 hours per week), and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.

In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a 13th-month payment, a solid pension scheme, and participation in a profit-sharing program, with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap.

Required skills

You bring a consultative, people-centered approach that helps retailers truly understand the value of RFID and how it supports their day-to-day operations. You are comfortable navigating complex, international environments, asking the right questions, and building trust through collaboration and expertise. What truly sets you apart is your natural, built-in desire to make things happen — creating opportunities where others see challenges — and your ability to proactively turn those opportunities into meaningful commercial results. 

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a highly dynamic, international environment. 
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • Commercial & analytical strength: The ability to translate complex technology into clear, concrete value for clients. 
  • Results-driven mindset: A proven track record of driving meaningful commercial outcomes. 
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in business-level English. 
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and/or French is a must.
