What are you going to do?

At Nedap in Healthcare, we develop technology that helps healthcare professionals do their work better. And we don’t do that alone. Good care requires collaboration, also in technology. That’s why we are building Ons Podium: the integration platform and ecosystem where external software vendors connect their solutions to our software.
As Partner Manager External Parties, you are responsible for the partner landscape surrounding Ons Podium. You operate at the intersection of commerce, collaboration, and technology. You position Ons Podium as an attractive integration ecosystem and build sustainable relationships with external software partners.
Your role focuses on commercial and strategic development. At the same time, you ensure that operational agreements are clear and that collaborations are successfully embedded within our organization.

Your team

As a Partner Manager, you will be part of the Integrations Tribe within Nedap in Healthcare. This team consists of colleagues with extensive knowledge of our products, healthcare processes, and integration capabilities within elderly care, disability care, and mental healthcare.
Together, you are responsible for the technical foundation on which external parties build, and for the collaboration around it. You will also work closely with colleagues from support and other disciplines within Nedap. We combine deep expertise with an open, entrepreneurial way of working

The salary range for this role is between € 3.500 and € 5.000 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.

Required skills

For this role, we are looking for a strategically strong relationship manager with commercial sharpness and affinity for technology.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Experience: at least 3 years of experience in a commercial, strategic, or technical role (Bachelor’s/Master’s level).
  • Technical affinity: affinity with IT solutions, integrations, and data exchange, such as APIs.
  • Healthcare knowledge: experience in or knowledge of the Dutch healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Curiosity: interest in processes and the ability to understand how collaborations truly add value.
  • Stakeholder Management: strong communication skills toward diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ownership: self-starter mindset, initiative, and comfort with responsibility.
  • Commercial insight: ability to identify opportunities and translate them into sustainable partnerships.
  • Language skills: strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Team fit: brings humor and enjoys working with engaged professionals.
Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) work is common at Nedap, and you coordinate working hours with your team to maintain a healthy work–life balance. You are present at least two days per week on our campus in Groenlo.
