As a Talent Sourcer, you thrive on finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. You have a sharp understanding of the labour market and understand the needs of our market groups. You know what’s happening, what’s changing, and where future challenges lie. Based on these insights, you adapt your sourcing strategy. You think ahead, know how to excite and engage candidates, and actively build a strong talent pool. Your strength lies in spotting talent and maintaining lasting relationships.

Every six months, we host the Nedap Student Day—a fun day with all interns, graduates, and working students at Nedap. You’ll receive a competitive monthly salary, depending on your age, responsibilities, and (study) experience.
Required skills
We are looking for someone who communicates effectively, switches quickly between tasks, and easily connects with different stakeholders. You are eager to learn, take responsibility when needed, and work independently. In addition, you are flexible in planning your work and able to maintain oversight, even when handling multiple tasks at once.
You also recognize yourself in the following:
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Communication: You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
- Experience: Work experience or basic knowledge of recruitment is considered an advantage.
- Availability: You are available for at least 16 hours per week and can schedule these hours flexibly.
