What are you going to do?

As a Senior UX Designer for "Netwerkzorg" at Nedap, your primary responsibility is to establish a strong vision for how different healthcare professionals within the Dutch healthcare market can be connected. You gain energy from solving the challenge: “How do we connect the care network around a client?” Your focus lies in solving this puzzle and shaping workflows, rather than designing screens. You know how to present concepts through effective storytelling, creating support and enthusiasm among others to bring these concepts to life.

Your team

As a Senior UX Designer for "Netwerkzorg", you are part of the connected care team and work closely with the product owner, a business team, and multiple developers. This team is responsible for shaping the vision and implementing network care in the broadest sense across Nedap, whether for our long-term care proposition (Ons®) or our GP proposition (Medikit), and bringing these together where it makes sense.

The salary range for this role is between € 4.200 and € 5.800 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required skills

As a Senior UX Designer you understand the bigger picture, oversee multiple stakeholder groups, and switch effortlessly at a strategic level. You are the connector who makes a complex landscape manageable and drives decisions that truly advance healthcare. This applies to our own products as well as national initiatives and collaborations with competitors.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer, preferably with complex digital products. You have a higher professional (HBO) or academic (WO) level of thinking;
  • Processes: You have experience setting up processes and sessions to map requirements and user/stakeholder needs, translating them into concepts and flows;
  • UX methodologies: You are familiar with methods such as Service Blueprinting, Value Proposition Canvases, User Journeys, and Personas;
  • Holistic mindset: You know when to take a step back amid chaos in order to create clarity and structure for yourself and others;
  • Storytelling: You are strong with words and know how to give your story the right impact, guiding people through the vision and strategy around network care;
  • Language skills: You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

Good to know: You are available for 38 hours per week (full-time). Hybrid (remote) work is common at Nedap, and you coordinate working hours with your team to maintain a healthy work–life balance.
You are present at least two days per week on our campus in Groenlo.
