Senior UX Designer Logistics

Groenlo, Nederland
Full-time
Salary indication: € 4.200 - € 5.800

What are you going to do?

At Nedap in Healthcare, we create technology that makes healthcare more human. We develop the Ons® Suite: a comprehensive software suite that helps care professionals focus on what truly matters, caring for people, not screens.
For the Logistics UX team and the team working on Ons Messaging, we are looking for an all-round Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in ideation and design. In this role, you always put the user first and take pride in crafting thoughtful, human-centered solutions.
As a Senior UX Designer, you are hands-on throughout the entire design process. From early service blueprints to shaping the product experience and supporting adoption, you remain closely involved and take ownership of design quality. You pay close attention to accessibility, consistency and scalability across the Ons® Suite.
You think strategically about how communication and messaging within Ons can become more intuitive, consistent and human. And you translate this vision into concrete design work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing and creating, rather than managing teams.

Your responsibilities

Conducting targeted user research when needed to deeply understand user needs and contexts.

Your team

As a Senior UX Designer, you are part of the UX team within the Logistics Tribe of Nedap in Healthcare. Together with four other UX designers, you are responsible for the logistics processes within the Ons® Suite. Within this team, you represent the Communication & Messaging domain.
You work closely with the Product Owner and developers in your team, and you actively collaborate with other teams such as Account Management and Support.

At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
