What are you going to do?

Are you driven by solving complex technical challenges and working closely with people? At Nedap Security we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our team and support our growing presence in Poland and the Eastern European region.

Your responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners and end customers to resolve technical issues.

Your team

You will be part of our Polish team based in Warsaw, working closely with local colleagues to strengthen Nedap’s presence in Poland and the Eastern European region. At the same time, you will be an integral member of the international Technical Support Centre, collaborating with team members located at our headquarters in the Netherlands and across various locations worldwide.

Required skills

For this role, strong technical expertise is essential, but equally important are your interpersonal skills. You enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and working collaboratively with colleagues. You bring a professional attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.

 

You should bring:

  • Technical support & pre-sales experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support and/or pre-sales, preferably in the security industry;
  • Networking & IT knowledge: Strong technical understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routers, ports), IT infrastructures, databases, integrations, software, and hardware.
  • Access control expertise: Experience with access control or security systems is a strong advantage.
  • Language: Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written);
  • Customer orientation: Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical presentation skills: Ability to present technical topics clearly and confidently.
  • Structured way of working: Structured and organized working style.
  • Hands-on mentality: Hands-on mentality and resilience under pressure.
  • Educational background: Relevant technical bachelor’s degree.
  • Solution consulting ambition: Interest or ambition in solution consulting will be viewed positively.
