Technical Support Specialist

Groenlo, Nederland
Full-time
Salary indication: € 3.500 - € 4.100

What are you going to do?

At Nedap Healthcare, we develop technology that makes the lives of healthcare professionals easier, better, and more enjoyable. This allows our customers to focus on what they care about most: providing high-quality care to the people who need it.
Within our Support team, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist Administration who enjoys solving puzzles, thinking along with customers, and helping others with care and attention.
This role goes beyond a traditional helpdesk position. You take the time to thoroughly understand each question, actively think along, and take ownership of finding a suitable solution. You work independently, while always being part of a team you can rely on. You will also regularly collaborate with other teams within Healthcare, such as Development and Commercial teams.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of the Administration specialization team, supporting our customers with questions related to topics such as claims, care arrangements, authorizations, and employee management within the Ons Suite.

You analyze questions from application administrators via tickets and phone calls.

Your team

You will join the Support Team at Nedap Healthcare, a group of dedicated professionals divided into three specializations: Administration, Planning & Data Integration, and Care Content.
Collaboration is key. We support each other, take ownership, and encourage initiative. There is room for humor and personal growth. You are given a lot of freedom in how you organize your work, with colleagues available to support you whenever needed.

What's in it for you?

Our offer

As a Technical Support Specialist at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. We offer a salary above market average based on your background and experience. Additionally, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap. Everything we do revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also place great value on personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, and we encourage you to continually develop yourself.

Required skills

We are looking for someone who is curious and asks the right follow-up questions to truly get to the core of a request. You think along with the customer and communicate clearly—both with users and with technical colleagues. You are able to work independently, but also know when collaboration is needed. You feel comfortable in a team where everyone contributes to a shared goal.

An affinity with healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters more to us is how you think and learn. Curiosity and the willingness to dive deep and figure things out are more important than prior knowledge.

What you bring:

  • Education: You have completed at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Languages: You have a strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Nice to have: You have an affinity with technical topics or challenges.

The application process

Our application process is clear and personal. We take the time to get to know you and to explore whether there’s a good fit on both sides.

1. Your application

Great that you’ve applied! We’ll review your application carefully and get back to you within 10 working days. We respect your privacy. That’s why we only accept applications submitted through our website.

4. Our offer

Is there a match? Then we’d be happy to make you an offer. Please note: we only send an offer onze we’ve spoken to you personally. Once you accept our offer for this position, we will also ask you to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
