UX Designer
What are you going to do?
You will work within Business Automation & Tooling (BAT): a group of three teams that develops Nedap-wide products and tools that are used by teams and customers throughout the organisation. BAT ensures scalable processes through automation and smart integrations.
You will work on the renewal and further development of organisation-wide products and tooling. You will be responsible for the entire UX process, from user research to validated designs. You will also contribute to initiatives that are used by teams throughout the organisation.
The role is broad and impactful: you will work on both strategic and smaller, iterative projects and take ownership of UX within your domain. You will work closely with developers, product owners and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Your team
As a UX Designer, you will work within Business Automation & Tooling (BAT), which consists of three teams: Customer Related & Support Tooling, Finance & Fulfillment Tooling, and Growth & Automation. The focus of the teams differs, but the working method is similar. From customer and support processes within Healthcare to financial tooling and HubSpot automation. You will work in multidisciplinary teams with product owners and front-end and back-end developers and regularly switch between projects.
As a UX Designer, you are not alone. Nedap employs several designers who actively seek each other out. They regularly connect and collaborate, both to brainstorm about content choices and to inspire each other and advance their professional development.
