Nedap proposes to appoint Mayke Nagtegaal to Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Nedap N.V. proposes to the extraordinary general meeting of June 23, 2026, the appointment of Ms. Mayke Nagtegaal as a member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term.

Nomination of Mayke Nagtegaal

To ensure continuity within the Supervisory Board, Mayke Nagtegaal is nominated for appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board. This nomination is made in anticipation of the planned resignation of Ms. M. Pijnenborg at the annual general meeting in 2027.

Mayke Nagtegaal is an experienced scale-up operator, financial and operational executive, and entrepreneur. She has extensive experience in scaling international technology companies, including in CFO and COO roles at Bird (formerly MessageBird), and brings strong expertise in SaaS and data-driven business models, as well as in aligning strategy, operations, and governance. Her background includes broad operational responsibility across finance, legal and compliance, HR, and commercial functions, with a focus on disciplined execution. She also brings current entrepreneurial experience in AI-driven software and ecosystems.

She currently holds supervisory roles at Techleap.nl and Bird.

The Supervisory Board believes that Mayke Nagtegaal will be a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board of Nedap.
