Data Analyst

Groenlo, Netherlands
32 - 38 hrs
€ 3.600 - € 5.200

What are you going to do?

As a Data Analyst, you will work on delivering relevant and reliable data insights into user behavior, enabling all development teams within the Ons Suite to make better product decisions. You will be part of the Product Analytics team, where you will work on both shared team projects and projects within a specific product Tribe. Each Tribe focuses on a different domain, such as Back Office, Client Records, Logistics, or Integrations.
Within your Tribe, you will be the go-to person for data-related questions and collaborate closely with the Tribe Lead, Product Owners, and UX designers. As a data analyst, you will focus on a specific domain within the Ons software suite and develop in-depth knowledge of its products, user types, and data.

Your responsibilities

Promoting a data-informed culture within the organization.

Sharing insights with development teams, providing advice, and discussing what data insights mean for product development. You independently identifying opportunities and challenges where data insights can add value.

Prioritizing data-related questions within your Tribe(s).

Creating research plans to evaluate the impact and adoption of new features.

The complete proces from ad hoc data analysis in Jupyter Notebooks, the building of the DAG on our data platform, and the development of the corresponding dashboard (for example in Power BI).

Your team

As a Data Analyst, you will become part of the Product Analytics team, consisting of data analysts and data engineers. Together, you work on the data platform and collaborate whenever needed. The data engineers in the team build and maintain the platform (Python ELT scripts in Airflow and a data lake). As a Data Analyst, you perform ad hoc data analyses using Jupyter Notebooks and use the platform to build data pipelines that serve as the foundation for your Power BI dashboards.
In addition to the Product Analytics team, there are various data science teams within the Healthcare market group and various data analytics teams within Nedap. With the latter we exchange our experiences regarding data platforms and all these colleagues are available for specific questions regarding data, data analysis, and data engineering.
The team is a close-knit group that regularly collaborates and shares knowledge, but also enjoys catching up by the coffee machine to gather new data on the non-work-related aspects of life.
