In this role, you play a key part in how people experience our organization. You make sure everything feels right – from the day-to-day working environment to special moments and professional encounters.

As an Office & Partner Experience Specialist, you ensure that colleagues, partners and guests feel welcome, well informed and optimally supported. You create and safeguard a pleasant and professional working environment and play an active role in strengthening the Partner and Customer Experience for our business partners and customers.
In this versatile role, you are the connecting point within Nedap Livestock and a driving force behind hospitality, structure and professionalism in our daily operations. You switch effortlessly between people, processes and projects and get energy from creating overview, building connections and continuously improving the experience of everyone who works with us.

Your responsibilities

You are the trusted first point of contact for daily questions within Livestock and the connecting link to Nedap-wide teams such as Facilities, IT and Marketing & Communications.

Your team

You will be part of the Operations team of Nedap Livestock: a close-knit team that works together with great enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility.
As an Office & Partner Experience Specialist, you are the spider in the web. You interact daily with colleagues from different teams and with visitors. It is precisely this variety that makes your role so valuable.

Required skills

  • You communicate clearly and pleasantly, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English, and you feel at home in modern digital work environments and tools.
You are available for 24 to 32 hours per week (flexible distribution of days) and work most of your time at our office in Groenlo.
