

Product Owner Engineering Platform
What are you going to do?
As Product Owner Engineering Platform, will you build the technical foundations on which hundreds of Nedap engineers build every day? At Nedap, we believe that technology only has a real impact when the human side is right. We are looking for a Product Owner for our Engineering Platform teams who understands that a clear course is the best basis for a healthy and motivated team. You provide the direction so that your team members can excel in their profession.
The Nedap Tech Platform develops central solutions to support Nedap's customer-oriented applications. With hosting, insight, data and developer enablement, we accelerate developers and help them focus on their product. Within the NTP, various teams work daily to translate our strategy into future-proof products.
In this hybrid role, you combine product vision with people-oriented leadership. You are the translator between the organisational strategy and the daily practice of engineering. You work closely with the Governance team (Product, Delivery and Adoption Manager) to ensure that what we build is actually adopted by the rest of Nedap.

Required skills
In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:
- Work experience: You have demonstrable experience as a (Senior) Product Owner, Tech Lead or in a similar role within a technical environment. Preferably, you also have technical experience or an affinity with engineering, even if only as a hobby.
- Experience with organisational change: You are the stable factor in a changing environment. You buffer the dynamics of the organisation and create the necessary calm and focus for your team to perform optimally.
- Experience with prioritisation: You are familiar with frameworks for substantiating choices and have an affinity with the lifecycle of internal products (Platform-as-a-Product).
- Management experience (preferred): Experience in leading and managing teams is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
- Language skills: You speak excellent English. Preferably, you also have a good command of Dutch.
