As a Sales Operations Specialist at Nedap, you are the connecting link between our international customers, Business Partners, and colleagues within the sales team. You are in direct contact with customers and partners, supporting them with questions related to orders, pricing, and deliveries, while ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time. At the same time, you make sure operational processes such as order processing and invoicing run smoothly on a daily basis, and you take initiative to make these processes smarter, more efficient, and less error-prone.
Within the Sales Operations team, you help ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. You work on both (automated) order processing and price management for our hardware deliveries as well as our SaaS solutions.

Your responsibilities

you assist our international Business Partners with questions regarding guidelines, pricing agreements, products, and order processing. You think proactively, respond quickly, and help them move forward. Credit control is also part of your responsibilities.

you take ownership of our SaaS processes, from onboarding new customers correctly to ensuring smooth invoicing flows and everything in between.

Your team

Sales Operations is the first point of contact for our partners worldwide. The market we operate in is dynamic and fast-paced. Our solutions support the processes of some of the world’s largest retailers in both Fashion and Food, delivered through our extensive partner network. Together with the Sales team, we ensure our Business Partners can position themselves strongly in the market. We also take ownership of the successful implementation of international projects. Some of the customers we are proud to work with include H&M, AS Watson, Lidl, Kaufland, Mercadona, PVH, G-Star, Superdry, Footlocker, Lululemon, and Carter’s.
The Sales Operations team consists of five colleagues. Alongside our daily responsibilities, each team member is also involved in various projects, such as Partner Management, improving the use of our partner portal, end-customer pricing management, and preparing export documentation.
To perform your role successfully, you will work closely with Supplier Operations and Technical Operations on a daily basis. For larger projects, such as the implementation of our new ERP system, we also collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues across Nedap.

  • A salary between €3,700 and €4,200 gross per month (scale 7) based on a 38-hour workweek.

Required skills

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a healthy dose of perfectionism to manage projects successfully and deliver them on time. You are socially skilled, flexible, and positively critical — qualities we highly value as we continuously strive to improve as a team.
  • A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in a commercial or business-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong command of both Dutch and English.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
