Solutions Engineer
Groenlo, Netherlands
32 - 38 hrs
€ 4.200 - € 5.800
What are you going to do?
“In this role, you turn complex technology into practical retail solutions that work in-store and at scale.” - Martijn Kruissen (Team Captain)
As a Solution Engineer at Nedap, you maximize customer success with the iD Cloud platform by translating technical capabilities into practical, scalable retail solutions. You ensure that what we build actually works in the real world of stores, supply chains, and omnichannel operations.
You work closely with international retailers and go on-site to understand how their processes truly work—from receiving shipments to managing inventory and fulfilling orders. Based on these insights, you design how iD Cloud should be implemented, aligning customer processes with platform functionality.
You collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Customer Success, and the Integrations & Data Analytics (IDA) team. While IDA focuses on integrations (APIs) and business case analyses, you ensure the solution fits operational reality. You also work with external partners such as tagging providers and hardware suppliers.
Who you will mainly be dealing with:
International retailers, and internal teams such as Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Integrations & Data Analytics, and Customer Success, as well as external partners like tagging parties and hardware providers.
