Support Specialist Internship

What are you going to do?

During this internship, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues and play an important role in their experience of the digital workplace. You will help colleagues with questions and issues, but you will also look beyond solving problems: you will learn to recognize patterns and think about how things can be improved.

Your responsibilities

Supporting colleagues with IT-related questions (workplace, devices, Microsoft 365)

Resolving and analyzing incidents and service requests

recurring issues and bottlenecks

ideas for improvements such as self-service solutions or onboarding

the overall user experience of the digital workplace

Your team

You will be part of the Modern Workplace stream, where support and continuous improvement go hand in hand. We are building a team that not only helps with questions and issues, but also actively contributes to innovation and the employee experience.
As an intern, you will be involved in this work and have the opportunity to make a real impact on how colleagues experience the digital workplace. You will collaborate with various IT colleagues and have frequent contact with the business.

    Required skills

    We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and is eager to learn how IT works in practice.

    You recognize yourself in the following:

    • Education: You are currently enrolled in an MBO (vocational) ICT program
    • Interest: Broad interest in laptops (Windows & Mac), Microsoft 365, accounts, peripherals, and workplace setup
    • Communication: You enjoy helping others and easily connect with people
    • Mindset: Curious and eager to learn
    • Initiative: Proactive and willing to think along, rather than waiting for instructions
