What are you going to do?
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring quality within our Mobile Access and AtWork solutions? As a Test/QA Engineer, you will work on the further development of our cloud-based solutions for physical access control. You will be given the space and responsibility to take test strategy and test automation to the next level, ensuring that quality remains structurally embedded in our product development.
As a Test/QA Engineer, you will work in a scrum team responsible for the further development of our SaaS solutions. You will be involved in new functionality from the outset and will continuously monitor testability, quality and risks.

Within the Security business unit, we develop solutions for Identity & Access Management. Our on-premises and SaaS solutions are used worldwide to provide secure, reliable and user-friendly access to buildings and zones.
With Mobile Access, we replace the physical access pass with a digital key on a smartphone or wearable device. AtWork is our cloud-based zone-based access control solution, which enables organisations to manage access rights in a flexible and scalable manner.

Your responsibilities
You will help the team design, expand and improve our automated testing landscape. Thanks to your contribution, we can deliver new functionalities with greater confidence and further improve the quality of our products.
Your team
As a Test/QA Engineer, you will work alongside a product owner, UX Designer, front-end and back-end developers, test/QA engineers and a team coach, among others. Together, you will develop high-quality software with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration. You will receive intensive guidance from experienced colleagues and have the freedom to contribute independently to the quality of our solutions. Clear communication and an informal working atmosphere also ensure dynamic collaboration in which everyone can share their insights.

The salary range for this role is between € 4.000 and € 5.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required skills
As a Test/QA Engineer, you are driven to continuously improve software quality and develop yourself further as a test/QA specialist.

- Your experience and success: You have demonstrable years of experience as a Test/QA Engineer within software development teams where test automation, CI/CD and multiple integrations play a role, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Technical skills: You have experience with test automation such as . In addition, you have programming experience and understand how software is structured. Experience with BDD tooling such as Cucumber and Gherkin is an advantage.
- Communication: You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team.
- Language skills: You have a good command of the English language and it is a plus if you also have a command of the Dutch language.
