Annual General Meeting 2023
The annual general meeting was held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 11:00 CET at the Nedap Campus, Parallelweg 2, Groenlo, the Netherlands. Shareholders were given the opportunity to attend the annual general meeting in person.
Practical Information
From March 31 to April 17, roadworks will take place on the N18 between Lichtenvoorde-Zuid and Vragender. Traffic will be diverted during this period. Please allow for a possible delay of around 10 minutes.
There is ample parking available at Nedap (Parallelweg 2, Groenlo). Please follow the signs to the visitor parking area. This parking area has two charging stations. If these are in use, our parking attendant will direct you to another parking area on our premises with charging facilities.
From Lichtenvoorde-Groenlo railway station, a shuttle bus will run every 30 minutes from 9:00 CET to Nedap. The shuttle bus will also operate the return journey from Nedap back to the station.
After lunch, Nedap will organize a guided tour. The tour will start after lunch and will take approximately one hour. Would you like to join? Please register at the reception desk upon arrival.

The documents for the annual meeting of shareholders (AGM) are provided to our shareholders out of courtesy. In case of a misunderstanding or a discrepancy between the English and the Dutch versions of the documents for the AGM, the Dutch version will prevail.
