Nedap N.V. (“Nedap”) is a leader in Digital Twin Technology, bridging the physical and digital worlds in Healthcare, Livestock, Retail and Security. Through our Technology for Life philosophy, we create sustainable, forward-thinking solutions that help people and organizations succeed in an ever-changing world. Nedap N.V. has a workforce of over 1,000 employees and operates on a global scale. The company was founded in 1929 and has been listed on Euronext Amsterdam since 1947. Its headquarters is located in Groenlo, the Netherlands.

Nedap is committed to conducting business with professionalism, integrity, respect, and responsibility. These principles are embedded in our Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy, which are aligned with internationally recognized standards, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We explicitly prohibit all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor.

We integrate human rights considerations into our business operations and supplier management processes, including supplier selection, screening and ongoing engagement, where appropriate. We expect our suppliers and where relevant, other business partners to adhere to the same standards and principles as set out in our policies. Where concerns are identified, Nedap assesses the issue and takes appropriate follow-up action, which may include engagement, corrective measures or escalation.

We recognize that risks related to modern slavery may arise in global supply chains. These risks are addressed through our governance, risk management, and compliance framework, as well as through ongoing engagement with our business partners.

We maintain reporting and whistleblowing mechanisms that enable employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns in a safe and confidential manner. During the reporting period, Nedap did not receive any reports or evidence of modern slavery within its own operations.

Employees are required to complete regular training on the Code of Conduct, including awareness of human rights and modern slavery risks.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Board of Directors’ modern slavery statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. This statement applies to Nedap N.V. and its consolidated subsidiaries.
