Annual General Meeting 2025

Hotel Van der Valk Amsterdam Amstel has its own parking garage. When you enter the hotel from the garage, you arrive directly at the reception. Here, you will be greeted by a Nedap representative. You can hand your parking ticket to this representative; you will not receive an exit ticket. When leaving, you can exit the parking garage without any further actions—the barrier will open automatically.

Please note: this only applies to the parking garage. If you park around the hotel, you are responsible for paying your own parking fees.

The hotel can be reached by public transport as follows:

• Travel to Amsterdam Amstel train station.
• Take metro 51 in the direction of Isolatorweg and get off at the second stop, “Overamstel.”
• Exit the metro and turn left toward the “Joan Muyskenweg” exit.
• Take the stairs down to the exit; there is no elevator.
• Walk a short distance along the footpath next to the houseboats. You will already see the hotel ahead.
• Turn left to reach the main entrance of the hotel.

For the return journey, take metro 51 toward Central Station and get off at the second stop, “AmsterdamAmstel.”

The general meeting starts at 10:30 and will take place in the “De Dam” room on the second floor. The room canbe accessed by elevator or stairs. Coffee and tea will be available, and you can register here.

Following the meeting, you are invited for lunch at Buffet Restaurant ’t IJ, located on the first floor of the hotel.
