Annual General Meeting 2025
The annual general meeting was held on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 10:30 CET at the Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam Amstel, Joan Muyskenweg 20, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Shareholders were given the opportunity to attend the annual general meeting in person.
Practical Information
Hotel Van der Valk Amsterdam Amstel has its own parking garage. When you enter the hotel from the garage, you arrive directly at the reception. Here, you will be greeted by a Nedap representative. You can hand your parking ticket to this representative; you will not receive an exit ticket. When leaving, you can exit the parking garage without any further actions—the barrier will open automatically.
Please note: this only applies to the parking garage. If you park around the hotel, you are responsible for paying your own parking fees.
