Annual General Meeting 2026
The annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 10:30 CET at the Nedap Campus, Parallelweg 2, Groenlo, The Netherlands. Shareholders are given the opportunity to attend the annual general meeting in person.
Practical Information
Major maintenance works: reduced capacity on the A12
During the maintenance works, the concrete IJssel bridge on the A12 between Arnhem and Zevenaar will be closed to traffic. Traffic in both directions will be redirected via the steel bridges.
As a result, capacity will be reduced from four to two lanes per direction, and a maximum speed of 70 km/h will apply. The on- and off-ramps on both sides of the bridge will remain accessible.
We expect additional travel time of approximately 60 minutes. To ensure a smooth journey, we advise road users to avoid the A12 where possible during this period.
There is ample parking available at Nedap (Parallelweg 2, Groenlo). Please follow the signs to the visitor parking area. Charging facilities are available there. If the charging spots at the visitor parking are occupied, our parking attendant will direct you to another parking area on our premises with additional charging options.
There will be ample opportunity to say goodbye to Ruben Wegman in person during the lunch.
After lunch, Nedap will organize a guided tour. The tour will start after lunch and will take approximately one hour. Would you like to join? Please register at the reception desk upon arrival.
