The extraordinary general meeting was held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 11:00 CET at the Nedap Campus, Parallelweg 2, Groenlo, The Netherlands. In connection with the situation regarding COVID-19, the general meeting was, by using the Temporary COVID-19 Justice and Security Act (“Emergency Act”), held entirely virtual.
