Nedap intends to appoint Rianne Jans as new CFO

Rianne Jans will succeed Daniëlle van der Sluijs, who will step down as statutory director following the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025. Rianne Jans will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of Nedap N.V. effective July 1, 2025.

Rianne Jans currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Deloitte Netherlands, a role she has held since 2020. Prior to that, she held CFO and finance director positions at, among others, Centric, Eindhoven Airport, and CGI Group. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and is a Registered Controller. In addition, she completed the Leadership Development Program at INSEAD. Since 2024, Jans has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Red Cross and previously served as a board member at Oranjewoud N.V.

The Supervisory Board is confident that Rianne Jans, with her knowledge and experience, will be a valuable addition to the leadership team, which will be responsible in the coming years for executing the strategy as presented at the Capital Markets Day 2024.
