What are you going to do?

As Channel Manager for Nordics, Baltics, Central & Eastern Europe, you are responsible for driving the growth of Nedap’s Reader portfolio across the region. You build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators, helping them create secure, future-proof access management solutions.

Our Reader portfolio plays a key role in Nedap’s Full Access Management strategy within Security. With a strong position in long-range identification, RFID, vehicle identification, and multi-technology reader solutions, we support organizations worldwide in securing people, buildings, and assets. As part of Nedap in Security, the Reader portfolio further strengthens our position in the growing access management market and creates new opportunities to combine hardware, software, and cloud-based services into one integrated solution.

You own the regional channel pipeline and translate market opportunities into sustainable growth. Together with our partners, you identify new opportunities, support deal execution, and strengthen Nedap’s position within the access control ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional channel strategy for the Reader portfolio across Nordics, Baltics, and Central & Eastern Europe

Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators

Manage and grow the regional sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal closure

Support partners during commercial and technical sales processes

Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the access control ecosystem

Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams

Represent Nedap at customer meetings, partner events, and industry exhibitions

Contribute to the continued growth and positioning of Nedap in Security

Required skills

You are a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in security and access management. You know how to build strong relationships with channel partners and customers, manage complex sales processes, and identify growth opportunities in an international market.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales or channel management within security, access control, or related technology markets 
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or system integrators 
  • Strong network within the regional physical security market 
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and independent way of working 
  • Affinity with technology and access management solutions 
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus 
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region 
  • Preferably based in the Nordics
