HubSpot & RevOps Specialist

Groenlo, Netherlands
32 - 38 hrs
€ 4.000 - € 6.000
Hybrid

What are you going to do?

As a HubSpot & RevOps Specialist, you will help shape the commercial architecture that enables Nedap to grow. HubSpot brings together commercial processes, customer data, automation, integrations, and reporting. You make sure this setup not only works today, but remains scalable and manageable for years to come.

You look beyond individual requests or business units. A change to the data model can affect integrations, automation, and reporting. And a solution that works well for one business unit can have consequences for other teams. As a HubSpot & RevOps Specialist, you understand these dependencies and make well-founded choices for a setup that can grow with Nedap.

You take the lead on complex questions at the intersection of commercial processes, data, and systems. Together with the business, you clarify needs, make conflicting interests open for discussion, and translate them into a coherent design. At the same time, you connect what is needed today with the foundations we need for the years ahead.

Recurring impact
Nedap focuses on recurring impact: customer value that keeps coming back and growing. This requires attention to the entire customer journey, from initial interest and purchase to onboarding, usage, retention, and expansion. Winning by Design gives us a shared commercial language; HubSpot supports these processes and makes results visible.

Our business units serve different customers and work in different ways. The challenge is to create a shared foundation for reliable customer information, consistent reporting, and reusable solutions, while leaving room for differences where they are needed.

Your responsibilities

For the business units you work with, you take the lead in the development of their HubSpot setup. You look beyond the request itself to understand the underlying problem and, together with the people involved, determine the right direction and approach. You will:

Translate commercial processes into a future-proof setup of objects, associations, and lifecycle stages. You determine what we should standardize across Nedap and where a business unit needs its own solution.

Configure, build, and test HubSpot solutions, automation, and reporting. You use what you learn in practice to continuously improve the setup.

Work with developers to design data flows and integrations, with close attention to data quality, dependencies, and reliability.

Document design choices and exceptions so colleagues can understand the setup and continue developing it.

Support colleagues in using the setup, actively gather feedback, and use their insights to further improve processes and solutions.

Your team

As a HubSpot & RevOps Specialist, you will work in the Growth & Automation Team, part of Business Automation and Tooling, together with a Teamlead, HubSpot specialists, and developers.

The team is developing toward Revenue Operations. You will help shape the team’s ways of working and standards. The business units bring their market expertise and remain responsible for local commercial execution.
