What are you going to do?

At Nedap in healthcare, we believe that people make healthcare better together. That's why we develop technology that helps healthcare professionals spend more time on what truly matters: delivering great care.
As a Medior UX Designer, you will work on Ons Agenda, an important part of the Ons® Suite. This solution helps healthcare organizations plan and organize care more efficiently. Your role is to translate complex logistical processes into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that support healthcare professionals every day.
Within your domain, you will take ownership of the entire UX process. You will research user needs, translate insights into thoughtful interaction designs, and guide solutions from concept through implementation.

Your responsibilities

Conduct user research and translate insights into well-founded design decisions.

Design and validate complex user flows, interactions, and interfaces for healthcare logistics processes.

Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and fellow UX Designers to shape the product from a user-centered perspective.

Help evolve our design system and ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.

Lead workshops, design reviews, and demos, and clearly communicate design decisions to a variety of stakeholders.

Safeguard the UX quality within your domain and actively contribute to knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and the continued growth of UX at Nedap.

Your team

As a Medior UX Designer you will join the Agenda Team within the Logistics Tribe of Nedap in healthcare. Together with Product Owners, developers, and other specialists, you will build solutions that support healthcare professionals every day.
Although you will start in the Agenda Team, collaboration across teams within the Logistics Tribe is becoming increasingly important. As we continue to strengthen our cross-team way of working, you may also contribute to challenges and initiatives within teams such as Scheduling or Planning. This gives you the opportunity to broaden your expertise, learn from colleagues across the tribe, and help build logistics solutions that work seamlessly together.
In addition, you will become part of our UX Design Guild: a community of more than 30 UX Designers working across different teams and domains. Within the guild, you will share knowledge, give and receive feedback, and contribute to the continuous development of UX at Nedap.
