Together with the Agile Coach, you are responsible for team performance; you foster team performance, enthusiasm, dedication and a results-oriented mindset.
You identify, facilitate, motivate and encourage employees in their work and personal development. You ensure high-quality performance and development reviews, thereby promoting employees’ development and performance.
