For the Recruiter Talent Acquisition role, you don't need to be an experienced recruiter yet. We're primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is excited about connecting talented people with meaningful work. Together with our Recruitment Business Partners, Recruitment Marketer, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, you'll help attract the talent that strengthens Nedap's ability to innovate.

From day one, you'll make an impact. The people you help bring on board will become part of the teams developing the technology and solutions of tomorrow. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to learn the recruitment profession in practice, build meaningful relationships with candidates, and contribute ideas on how we attract and connect talented people to Nedap.

Your responsibilities

Proactively identifying, approaching, and engaging potential candidates.

Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.

Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and advising them on open vacancies.

Strengthening Nedap's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.

Building and nurturing talent communities for future hiring needs.

Your team

As a Recruiter Talent Acquisition, you'll become part of a small, enthusiastic, and experienced recruitment team. Together, we're responsible for attracting talent across Nedap's different business units.

The team consists of Recruitment Business Partners, a Recruitment Marketer, and ambitious students who support us as Talent Sourcers. This combination of experience, creativity, and fresh perspectives enables us to continuously challenge one another and learn together.

We work closely as a team, share knowledge, and support each other whenever needed. At the same time, everyone has plenty of room to take ownership and further develop their own expertise. Whether you want to experiment with a new sourcing approach, contribute to our employer branding, or deepen your knowledge of labor market trends, initiative is encouraged and appreciated. Together, we contribute to Nedap's growth while continuously strengthening and professionalizing our recruitment approach.

The Recruitment team is part of the broader Nedap HR team, which also includes HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and People & Organizational Development.

As a Recruiter Talent Acquisition at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our mission: helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives. The salary range for this role is between €3,700 and €4.400 gross per month, based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.
In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.

Required skills

We value potential more than a perfect résumé. That's why we're primarily looking for your curiosity, initiative, and ability to build meaningful connections.
You'll also recognize yourself in the following:

  • A bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
  • A genuine curiosity about people, talent, and labor market developments.
  • You enjoy proactively reaching out to candidates and building new relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • The ambition to further develop yourself within the recruitment profession and the initiative to make that happen.

Good to know: This is a position for 32–38 hours per week. Hybrid working is part of how we work at Nedap, and together with your team you'll determine your working hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We do ask that you're present at our campus in Groenlo at least two days a week.
