What are you going to do?

Are you strong in organizing operational processes and do you enjoy working in an international environment? At Nedap in Security, you ensure that sales, logistics, and operational processes run smoothly so customers can rely on excellent service.
As a Sales Operations Officer, you are responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders, logistics processes, and operational administration. You work closely with customers, business partners, logistics service providers, and internal teams.
You feel comfortable in an IT-driven work environment, work with ERP systems on a daily basis, and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
This is a temporary position for a maximum period of one year.

Your responsibilities

Process and manage sales orders and transport assignments

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams

Support customers with questions related to orders, deliveries, and invoices

Manage transport, export, and compliance documentation

Identify and resolve operational issues and deviations

Your team

You will become part of the Sales Operations team within Nedap in Security. Together, we support customers and business partners worldwide with smart solutions in access management and security.

The salary range for this role is between € 3.300 and € 4.300 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required skills

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic environment. You effortlessly switch between different tasks, maintain a clear overview, and ensure that processes run smoothly. You enjoy working closely with colleagues, customers, and business partners, including in an international setting, and take ownership of delivering a reliable service.
With your experience in operational and commercial processes, you understand what it takes to keep commitments, manage expectations, and contribute to effective collaboration across the supply chain. You work accurately, communicate clearly, and proactively look for solutions when challenges arise.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Commercial or administrative background
• Experience working with international business partners and export documentation
• Experience with ERP systems and customer-specific orders
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Accurate, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Able to maintain overview and composure in a dynamic work environment

• Temporary position for a maximum of 1 year
• Full-time position, minimum of 32 hours per week
• Based in Groenlo
• Hybrid working possible
