What are you going to do?
As a Senior Front-end Engineer at Nedap, you work at the core of digital solutions that support healthcare professionals in their daily work. You develop architecture, libraries, and tools for an electronic health record, using modern web and medical standards.
You play an important role in reducing complexity for development teams. Through smart abstractions and well-designed tooling, you help teams build customer-focused applications more efficiently and with greater focus. In doing so, you combine technical depth with a pragmatic mindset and continuously learn and improve.

Your responsibilities
you build front-end tools for working with (medical) standards, focusing on maintainability, efficiency, and developer experience.
you explore new technologies and translate insights into concrete improvements.
you contribute to or lead front-end projects and support less experienced colleagues in their development.
Your team
As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will join the dossier team within Nedap in healthcare. This team develops solutions that support healthcare professionals in care processes and documentation.
The team consists of backend and front-end engineers and UX designers, working in project-based, flexible sub-teams. Some colleagues work daily from our campus in Groenlo, while others combine this with working from home or from locations such as Creative Valley in Utrecht. Hybrid working is the standard.
Beyond work, there is room for connection, from sports and games to drinks and movie nights, always optional and without expectations.

The salary range for this role is between € 4.200 and € 6.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required skills

- expert in ECMAScript and TypeScript (10+ years of experience).
- experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Lit, and Vue.js.
- experience with web standards such as Web Components and WCAG.
- experience with programming principles such as OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and metaprogramming.
- experience with AI agents (nice to have).
- experience with other languages such as Java (nice to have).
- excellent spoken and written English; Dutch is a plus.
