Technical Support Specialist
What are you going to do?
At Nedap, we develop Nedap Ons: a suite of software applications that supports healthcare professionals in their daily work. We aim to make our applications fit their workflows as closely as possible, so they can focus on providing good care for the people who need them.
Our support team helps application administrators at healthcare organizations with functional and technical questions about the Ons Suite. As a support specialist, you do more than listen: you explore the question behind the question. You ask follow-up questions, learn about the customer’s workflow, and take ownership of finding the right solution. You work independently, with your team there to support you.
Your responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our customers’ application administrators. Within Nedap’s healthcare support team, you connect customers with our developers. You investigate how our applications interact with other systems and where issues arise, working with customers, developers, and software suppliers that integrate with the Ons Suite.
In practice, this means you:
Handle questions from application administrators through tickets and phone calls.
Ask follow-up questions to understand the underlying need and explore how our software fits into the customer’s workflow.
Turn customer needs into clear input for our developers.
Work with colleagues, developers, and software suppliers that integrate with the Ons Suite to find solutions.
Agree on next steps, track progress, and keep customers informed.
Identify opportunities to improve our applications, knowledge, and ways of working, and take initiative to put them into practice.
Your team
We share knowledge, support each other, and take ownership of our work. There is room for initiative, humor, and personal development. You have the freedom to shape your approach, with colleagues to turn to when you need support.
We share one ambition: creating a positive customer experience, every day.

At Nedap, you have the freedom to make decisions, contribute ideas, and develop yourself. We are looking for someone who actively uses that freedom.
