UX Designer
What are you going to do?
At Nedap in healthcare, we believe technology should make healthcare more human. That is why we develop Nedap Ons®: software that supports healthcare professionals, so they can focus their attention on the people who need care rather than on complex systems.
Within the Generics Tribe, we work on the building blocks of the Ons® Suite. This includes shared functionality such as navigation, search, tasks, and AI solutions. We also develop a design system with patterns, guidelines, and systems that create a consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experience across the entire suite.
Your responsibilities
As an experienced UX Designer, you will help shape the user experience of the shared building blocks of the Ons® Suite. The patterns and design choices you create are used by multiple product teams and impact thousands of healthcare professionals every day.
Your team
From this UX team, you will work on projects with different product teams within the Ons® Suite. Depending on the challenge, you will join a team for a period of time and take part in activities such as refinements, dailies, and reviews. This allows you to work closely with developers and product owners on concrete solutions, while keeping an eye on consistency across the entire Ons® Suite from a Generics UX perspective.
