UX Designer
What are you going to do?
Within the Dossier Tribe, we work on the health record in the Ons Suite. This brings together client information, medication, care reports, and care evaluations. The variety of users and care processes makes this a challenging design environment: how do you make complex software feel simple and intuitive?
As a UX Designer, you explore the daily work of healthcare professionals and translate their needs into thoughtful solutions. You work across research, design, validation, and evaluation. You look beyond individual screens or projects, understand how everything connects, and help teams make design decisions that work for different user groups.
Your responsibilities
Your team
We work in a hybrid setting and meet regularly at the Nedap Campus in Groenlo to design together, discuss ideas, and challenge each other. And, of course, to catch up and share a laugh. You have the freedom to shape your own approach, with colleagues around you to offer ideas and support.

Our offer
What's in it for you?
From day one, you help us fulfill our purpose: Technology for Life. The way you grow, take initiative, and deliver impact helps bring that purpose to life. We shape what’s next. Together.

Required skills
You help colleagues understand your reasoning and welcome different perspectives. You are comfortable acknowledging what you do not yet know, questioning assumptions, and providing direction when decisions need to be made. Drawing on your experience, you act as a resource for colleagues and help others develop their UX approach.
You also bring the following:
- Experience: At least five years of relevant experience as a UX designer, working with complex software as part of a development team. Experience with enterprise software is a plus.
- Niveau: The ability to work and think at a university level and independently guide a complex UX project, from research and design through to validation and evaluation.
- Tools and methods: Experience with UX tools and research methods. Experience with journey-based approaches and service blueprints is a plus.
- Healthcare: An interest in healthcare and the motivation to explore the varied workflows of healthcare professionals.
- Languages: A good command of Dutch for client contact and English for internal communication. You live in the Netherlands, enabling you to visit healthcare professionals on site.
